I am obsessed with japanese knives and often tend to think that more expensive is better. I ordered this item just because I was curious how a cheaper knife would perform and because I wanted to try out a 240mm Gyuto. The 90/10 bevel brings some limitations but it is well suited for most of the tasks. So if budget is an issue for you and you want high performance for a low price, this is defintely a great choice.
