Great knife for a home cook!!!! Perfect length and height and the shirogami is truly sharp! The elegance is simple but undeniable with an aura of wabi wabi and rustic unfinished beauty. The dark kurouchi has presence and character. I think the all around value of this Gyuto is sensational. Love my Oni-hiro!!!!
