Hitohira is always seeking the information of premium knife sharpening services from around the world that are able to properly sharpen both single and double bevel knives, especially handmade Japanese knives. Your information will then be uploaded to our interactive world map, which will be used and shared by other prominent knife sharpeners and users looking for sharpening services from all over the world.
