I received this for Christmas and it’s my new favorite vegetable knife. Super sharp and feels great to use. Full disclosure, the blade of mine was very slightly warped but it didn’t impact the use of it in any way. The wide (height) shape of the blade makes it easy to move sliced pieces of food around. I use this knife when preparing every meal now.
