Hitohira is currently looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team in the following positions:

Sales & Customer Service

Responsibilities include knife sales and handling sharpening service requests.
As we welcome many international visitors, conversational English skills are required.
No prior specialized knowledge is necessary as long as you have a genuine interest in knives and kitchen tools.

Workshop

Hands-on tasks such as knife sharpening and handle fitting.
We welcome dexterous individuals who are passionate about craftsmanship and hands-on work.

Operations & Management

This role involves packing, social media updates, event planning, and website management. We are looking for someone who wants to work behind the scenes, help grow our company, and contribute to the local community.

Since our founding in 2016, Hitohira has been a knife shop supported by both the local community and users worldwide. Although we are a small company, we have grown by sharing our ideas and wisdom. Part-time Position
Hourly Wage: 1,300 JPY or more
Working Hours:
(Sales) Mon 9:30–17:30 / Tue, Thu, Fri, Sat 13:00–17:00
(Workshop/Operations) Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri, Sat (Flexible shifts between 9:30–17:30)

Full-time Position
Monthly Salary: Negotiable based on experience and skills.
Working Hours:
Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri, Sat 9:30–17:30 (Includes 1-hour break)
121 days of annual leave, paid vacation, biannual bonuses, and salary increases are available.
