PRICE INCREASE FOR JIRO KNIVES

 We appreciate everyone who supports Jiro's work. We need to announce that we decided to increase the price of Jiro knives that we receive after 1st June 2025.

Just like when we raised the price two years ago, all costs are still rising. In addition, we believe that a price increase is necessary to continue Jiro's manufacturing, which he does all by himself, from forging to sharpening even packing in a box. To keep his knife making the same or higher level, we believe we need to raise his knife to give more profit to him.

For all knives produced by Jiro after June 1, 2025, we will raise the price by 25%. In addition, knives produced after October 1, 2025, will be increased in price by 20% from that amount.

There are only a few blacksmiths in the world who make knives by hand from scratch with the same precision as Jiro. We hope you will understand that this is necessary for Jiro to continue making knives in the same way.
