Japanese are using Kiri (Paulownia) box to keep important stuff because of its moisture-free, fire-proof, insecticidal natural and its soft wood that doesn't damage its contents. Since 1976, Kamo-city Kiri-Tansu became official traditional crafts of Japan and the products.
