Repair Handle

Wa Re-handle starts at 1,000 JPY and takes 1 week.
Yo Re-handle (Pakkawood) starts at 2000 JPY and takes 4 weeks.
Wa and Yo handle welding & Re-handle start at 4000 JPY and take 4 weeks.
